These Terms of Service govern your use of the Deep Singh Studios website and photography services. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Deep Singh Studios provides corporate headshot and event photography services. All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation. Session details, deliverables, and turnaround times are outlined in your individual booking agreement.
All delivered images include a commercial usage license for the purchasing client. Images may not be resold, redistributed, or used by third parties without written permission. Raw/unedited files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Event cancellations require 7 days notice for full refund.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon delivery of final images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of booking.
Contact information submitted through our website is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Event attendees may appear in photographs; by attending, you consent to being photographed.
