Common Booking Questions
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for headshot sessions, especially for teams of 10 or more. Event photography can often be booked with less notice depending on availability.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. I bring a mobile studio setup to your location for team headshot days. All I need is a room with enough space and good natural light or overhead lighting. I handle the rest: backdrops, lighting, camera equipment.
How long does a team headshot day take?
Plan on about 5 to 10 minutes per person. A team of 14 people usually takes about two hours including setup and transitions.
What if someone is out that day?
No problem. I can schedule a separate mini-session for anyone who missed the main day.
When will we receive the photos?
Delivery timing depends on the size of the job and how your team plans to use the images. We will talk through that before booking. If you need a few images quickly for social media, press or an internal announcement, let me know upfront so I can plan for it.
Do you offer headshot stations?
Yes. Headshot stations are available for conferences, trade shows, and corporate events at $325 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
